My background is unique. I have the formal education and advanced certifications in the field of exercise science coupled with the extensive experience of hands-on instruction of clients, designing and building out facilities and running the day-to-day operations of fitness faciities. This experience is combined with several years of emergency medical care training as well as instructing others in emergency response First Aid, CPR & AED in the fitness setting. This provides me with a distinct perspective that will benefit your efforts.
I have no bias towards plaintiff of defendant cases. I will, without predjudice evaluate each case on it's merits and advise counsel whether or not I believe I can be of service representing them in the capacity as an expert witness.
Given my job flexibility, I am able to travel for 2-3 days at a time. I have done so to conduct site investigations and depositions.
